Itinerary - The organisers reserve the right to change the itinerary at any time.


All Jubilee Packages, unless otherwise specified, are based on either a Double or Twin room occupancy.

A very limited number of Single Room Packages are available on a strictly first booked and paid basis.


All Payments and are made in UK pounds sterling.

Payees are responsible for any transaction charges levied if paying from outside of the UK or by any means where a surcharge or additional payment is required for the transaction to take place.

Deposits - Deposits for rooms are returnable until 1st January 2019 after which time the deposit becomes non returnable.

Rooms cannot be secured until the deposit or full payment has cleared.

Jubilee Package Payments - All rooms booked must be paid for in full by 1st April 2019.

The Jubilee Weekend Packages include 3 Nights Bed and Breakfast for either 2 people, Double Room or 1 person Single Room, Entry Tickets to the event for each person, Friday evening BBQ, Saturday Evening Gala Dinner, Sunday evening Soiree. Lunches and sandwiches are not included in the cost and these may be pruchased separately from vendors at the event or Lunches may be prebooked at Wroxall, prior to the event. Please contact us if you require further information.

Cancellations, rooms cancelled up until 1st January 2019. A full refund, less any transaction charges, will be given until this date.

Cancellations after 1st January 2019, payment will be refunded less £100 deposit until May 30th, 2019.

After May 30th 2019 a refund will only be given if the Jubilee Package can be resold, and a £40 handling fee will be deducted.

Suggested Instalment Payments

1st Payment £100 deposit - Immediately on booking

2nd Payment 1st March 2018 £100

3rd Payment 31st August 2018 £100

4th Payment 1st November 2018 £100

5th Payment 1st April 2019 Full Balance

If Booking is made after an instalment date, then the deposit plus instalment(s) will be required.

If an instalment payment is missed then after 56 days from the due date, excluding the last payment date (1st April, 2019), the booking will be cancelled and money refunded, less a £5 handling fee, within the refund guidelines.

If payment has not been made 14 days after the 1st April 2019, then the booking will be cancelled and the room offered to those on the waiting list or on the website. Refunds will only be given in accordance with the refund Guidleines.

PayPal Charges -

There is a fee to send money as a personal payment, to people resident outside of the UK, where the payment is funded in full or in part using a debit card or credit card. The fee is 3.4% plus 20p of the amount you send. For example, if you send £100.00 GBP funded by debit or credit card, the fee would be £3.60 GBP (£3.40 GBP + 20p).

International payments:

There is a fee when you send a payment to someone in another country or if you receive a payment from someone in another country in addition to the normal PayPal charges.
